Meet The Blog Team

Ric Carter is an enthusiastic reader and sometime short story writer who blogs at Digestive Press.  2015 will be his third Litfest volunteering and blogging, and this time time round he is looking forward to seeing AL Kennedy and Will Self as well as Bonzo Dog (Doo-Dah) Band legend Neil Innes.

Caroline Mauger (on the right, at last year’s Time Travellers’ Dinner) is Secretary/Writer on the LitFest committee. As a child she used to get told off on car journeys for reading instead of looking at the scenery. Caroline is really excited about the diverse line-up we have for 2015 and is looking forward to the Moggachs, the Crystals, Will Self, Naomi Wood, Sophie Hannah, Zia Chaudhry.. OK just about everything. punks

Maisie Bisson is a young teen whose love for books is unstoppable. She particularly likes adventure and fantasy books. 2015 will be her second year blogging and first year hosting for the Literary Festival. This year Maisie is looking forward to introducing Suzanne Fletcher, the author of A Little in Love, and hearing more about graphic novels.IMG_20150614_131446

Dan Gallienne is a PR professional and amateur, but avid, reader. An MA in English Literature with a focus on contemporary American fiction has led him to enjoy reading things that aren’t on prescribed reading lists in his post-university life, especially Latin American fiction. He is looking forward to Zia Chaudhry and Neil Innes at this year’s Guernsey Literary Festival.Dan 1
